As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their daily routines, helping them to maintain as much independence, dignity, and mobility as possible. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring each resident's wellbeing remains at the heart of everything you do. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records and support residents with personal care needs such as dressing, eating, and bathing.,
