Are you a dedicated Care and Support Worker committed to delivering exceptional care?

Our stunning Lovat Fields Retirement Village based in Milton Keynes is currently seeking new team members!

The Role

We offer a comprehensive domiciliary care service all in one location, eliminating the need for travel between jobs.

• Role: Night Care Assistant
• Hours: 18 hours per week (2 x shifts per week, 9pm-7am including alternate weekends)
• Salary: £12.96ph (£12,163pa pro-rata of FTE) - PAY AWARD PENDING APRIL 1st
• Location: Lovat Fields, Japonica Lane, Milton Keynes, MK15 9ED

As a Night Care Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

• Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities.
• Promote and support the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents.
• Encourage independence and self-belief.
• Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.

Person Specification

• Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
• Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.
• Passionate about delivering a quality care service.
