We are actively looking for a night care assistant to work on-site at our Audley Village, supporting our owners who live in their own homes within our village. You’ll play an important part in ensuring our owners are safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night.

The hours for this role are 8pm to 8am, with waking night shifts including every other weekend.

We’ll look to you to personally deliver care, the Audley way, to our customers in their own homes based on our luxury retirement village. Through our Audley Academy, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to deliver care with empathy, understanding, and respect. In return, we’ll take good care of you. All of our customers are unique, each with different needs. Working from specially prepared personal care plans, you’ll assist with a range of tasks—making sure everything’s done exactly as your customers like it. Some may need help with washing, dressing, and personal care; others might need assistance with laundry or medication management. No two days will be the same, but you’ll take pride in delivering care that sets the standard.

What will I do?

• Assist customers with personal care, including helping them in and out of bed, washing, showering, and dressing.
• Support customers with their daily routines.
• Help with meal preparation and household tasks like washing, cleaning, or ironing.
• Provide companionship and friendship, being a reliable presence for our customers.
