Join Us as a Care Assistant

We ask for you to care for our residents as if they are your own family, addressing their physical, psychological, and social needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals. We welcome applications from those with previous experience as Care Assistants, Care Givers, Homecare Workers, or Community Support Workers. Full training is provided, and we also encourage candidates without prior experience but with a passion for care to apply.

About You:

We are looking for kind and caring individuals who want to make a real difference. You should also have:

  • Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a care certificate (training provided, so these are desirable but not essential).
  • Previous experience in a Care Home environment is desirable but not required.
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • A committed and organized approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work shifts.

Other Duties:
  • Attend staff meetings.
  • Maintain personal and professional development, participate in training, and support staff development.
  • Understand safeguarding responsibilities, reduce risks of abuse or neglect, and adhere to safeguarding and whistleblowing policies.
  • Provide evidence of completed training.
  • Follow fire procedures and health and safety legislation.
  • Complete all required training.
