Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a caring Care Assistant in our residential care home in Carlisle. You will support residents with daily living, provide companionship, and help with meals and activities, following individual care plans to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• To join us as a Care Assistant you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
