Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Brackley is seeking a Care Assistant to work 24 hours per week on night shifts (19:30–07:30), with rotating weekends. You’ll help residents with daily living, offer companionship and follow individual care plans to ensure comfort and safety.

The role emphasizes empathy, excellent communication, and a can-do attitude. Training is provided to help you thrive, and you’ll join a caring team dedicated to high-quality support for our residents.
