Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Care Assistant at St Peters Park Care Home in Bexhill-on-Sea. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care overnight, helping residents with daily routines and safety.

No prior care experience is needed, as full training is provided and you will join a supportive, values-driven team. Night shifts include alternate weekends, with opportunities for development and a pension, and access to up‑to‑date training and benefits.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; we provide full training.
• Must be compassionate and motivated to help others.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

The role of a Care Assistant:
