Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Care Assistant in Bath to join our care home team and provide high-quality overnight care. No prior care experience is required—full funded training is provided to help you grow in a rewarding role.

You will work 42 hours a week, including alternating weekends, at an hourly rate up to £12.76. Benefits include funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5, a company pension, Blue Light discounts, and on‑demand pay.
