Job summary

Frances Taylor Foundation in Formby, Liverpool is seeking a Night Care and Support Worker to join a committed team delivering high-quality care during night hours.

You will assist residents with personal care and medication, provide companionship, perform night checks, and help with light cleaning, ensuring dignity, safety and comfort for adults with complex needs while working within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 years experience of working with vulnerable people.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting others.
• An understanding of safeguarding adults and relevant health and safety legislation
• Eligibility to Work in the UK: Frances Taylor Foundation does not offer sponsorship or work visas. Proof of Right to Work will be required at the interview stage.

Responsibilities

• Assisting both male and female residents with personal care and medication administration.
• Providing companionship and support during the night.
• Conducting night checks to ensure residents’ comfort and safety.

St. Joseph's Home specialises in supporting people with profound and multiple learning disabilities who have complex health care needs.
