This role involves ensuring excellent guest service during overnight shifts, handling cashiering, security, safety procedures, and reporting. Responsibilities include attending to guests promptly, managing cash and reports, handling complaints, and maintaining security protocols.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending to guests efficiently and professionally.
- Performing accurate cashiering at shift end.
- Maintaining security procedures and reporting hazards.

- Completing audit tasks and distributing reports.
- Managing cash and credit transactions with proper paperwork.
