Responsibilities

• Audit daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare and submit daily revenue and occupancy reports.
• Handle night check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Ensure the safety and security of hotel operations during the night.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments for night operations.
• Address guest complaints and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of night activities and incidents.
