We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Night Auditor at Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport

Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport is a 130-bedroom hotel established in 2020. Situated on the doorstep of Inverness Airport, we aim to provide a comfortable and relaxed stay throughout the bar/bistro, with one meeting room and a gymnasium. The hotel is managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.

Job Description:

As the Night Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our reception desk throughout the night. The contract on offer is 32 hours per week over 4 days, working from 22:45 to 07:15.

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Excellence: Be part of a team that takes pride in providing outstanding customer service from the moment guests arrive. Your charm and communication skills will ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
  • Guest Engagement: Greet guests with a smile, anticipate their needs, and go above and beyond to make their stay memorable.
  • Problem Solving: Handle guest requests, complaints, and challenging situations with grace and efficiency, turning obstacles into opportunities to demonstrate our commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the daytime reception team, providing comprehensive handovers to ensure seamless guest experiences. Foster a harmonious team environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including hotel management systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as the hotel operates 24/7.
