The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organised front desk area, along with hotel public spaces.
• Prepare reports for management detailing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for callers.
• Assist with any administrative tasks as required during the night shift.

Qualifications

Previous hotel experience is helpful, but not essential.
