Job summary

The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush is seeking a confident Night Auditor to join our London team. You’ll help guests feel welcome, manage night-time operations, and collaborate across departments to keep the property running smoothly.

Previous hotel experience is helpful but not essential; we value attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for hospitality as you support guests through the night. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Attitude and helpfulness are essential; stay calm and solve problems independently.
• Experience in hotels is nice but not required; keen to learn is valued.
• Be yourself and bring a personable, not corporate, presence to the team.
• Passion for hospitality across drinks, meals, events, or a bed for the night.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest experience remains high, welcoming guests and making them feel valued.
• Handle check-in/check-out processes and ensure accurate billing.
• Collaborate with other teams and assist the Night Manager with overbooking issues.
• Answer calls and requests promptly, acting as the go-to for guests during night shifts.

We are looking for a confident Night Auditorto join us at The Hoxton, Shepherd's Bush.

Our fourth London Hoxton is located in the heart of Shepherd's Bush, in the beating heart of an eclectic and diverse neighbourhood, with 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant - Chet's serving Thai American comfort food. Featuring a large open lobby with vintage seating and cosy corners, 237 bedrooms of different sizes, as well as a central wraparound bar and terrace, The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush is perfectly located for exploring West London.

Job Description

What you'll do…

• You make sure our guest experience never flags, even at night! Whatever's needed, you treat our guests as individuals, make them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way
• Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises
• Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy, and help our Night Manager with any overbooking levels
• Answer phones, sort out requests and anything that might arise time, involving the team as needed - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to

Qualifications

We're looking for…

• It's all about attitude for us, someone who enjoys being helpful to others and isn't easily flustered - there's a smaller team working at night so confidence and knowing how to work things out by yourself are key
• Previous hotel (or similar) experience is great, but it's not a must-have for us - if you're eager to learn we can teach you what you need to know
• Individuals. You're looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
• Passion for hospitality - whether that's a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night
• You're all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience
