As a Night Auditor / Team Leader, we’ll support you to:

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends guest service, problem-solving, and financial responsibility. You’ll lead our night team to ensure our front office and hotel operations continue to sparkle after hours.

  • Experience working in a Reception, Night Audit, or Front Office role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
  • A head for numbers, you’ll be reconciling daily transactions, running night audits, and generating reports.
  • A passion for genuine guest service and supporting your team with warmth and clarity.
  • Confidence in handling unexpected challenges calmly and professionally.
  • A detail-oriented and proactive mindset, you spot the small things that others might miss.
