The Hilton Birmingham Metropole is now recruiting a full-time Night Auditor to join the busy and vibrant Front Office Team. The hotel is in Birmingham's NEC area, close to Birmingham International train station. With 790 bedrooms, 3 Food and Beverage outlets and over 30 meeting spaces, this hotel is a hive of activity. If you are Customer Service Focused with experience working on a busy reception desk, we want to hear from you! Please note you must be flexible with shift patterns including evening and weekend shifts.
Hourly Rate: £12.47 per hour
Working hours: 23:00 – 07:00, 39 hours/week contract, full-time contract

What will I be doing?
As Night Auditor, you will provide night-hour reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required. A Night Auditor contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
