Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Birmingham is seeking a Night Auditor to balance end-of-day accounts and oversee night operations with a proactive, guest-focused approach. You’ll be at the heart of the hotel, collaborating with the Front Office team to maintain service standards across the Leonardo Hotels portfolio.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest experiences, speaking confidently with guests by desk, email or phone, and supporting the Night team while ensuring safety and smooth nightly

Responsibilities

• The Night Auditor will support the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Front Office department, as well as supervising day to day operations.
• Be an ambassador for your hotel and the Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values.
• You’ll be running the night audit, balancing the end-of-day accounts and working as part of a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.
• Be confident speaking with guests at the desk, by email or over the phone, building a good rapport.
• Manage room service orders and liaise with the Night Porter to ensure guests enjoy a great meal from our Kitchen.

The Night Auditor will support the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Front Office department, as well as supervising day to day operations. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. As a Night Auditor, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to support your Head of Department and keep things running like clockwork. You’ll be running the night audit, balancing the end-of-day accounts and working as part of a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.
