Position Details

Salary: £12.45 per hour + £95 per month full attendance bonus

Hours of Work: 8pm to 6.30am, Sunday to Friday

4 x 10-hour shifts per week on a 3-week rota basis

Responsibilities:

• Assemble customers' orders following written or oral instructions
• Load vehicles and assist drivers prior to departure
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products
• Document and record appropriate information such as incoming goods, shortages, and quality issues
• Ensure consistent awareness of produce quality
• Work according to schedule and meet deadlines
• Keep store and outside areas clean and tidy in accordance with company standards
• Assist with daily stock takes in the store
• Pack produce correctly and load vehicles properly
• Previous experience working in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize work and work proactively
• Physically fit, as the position involves lifting, climbing, stooping, walking, and handling materials
• Good knowledge and understanding of the English language
• Numeric skills
• Previous warehouse experience
• Knowledge of health and safety, including COSHH
• Food hygiene awareness or knowledge
• Previous experience with forklift and/or pallet truck operation
