Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive, compassionate, individualised care and support to babies and their families.
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for babies and their families to ensure excellence in practice.
• Communicating effectively with babies and their families/carers to meet information needs.
• Ensuring parents/carers are informed about their babies’ care and treatment to facilitate parental involvement in decision-making.
• Minimum of 6 months paid experience in an acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
• Complying with NMC professional registration and staying updated with current nursing practices.
