A major healthcare provider in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Neonatal Nurse to deliver safe and effective quality care to babies in the neonatal intensive care unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient assessments, implement care programs, and support nursing students. Candidates must have a commitment to continuous professional development and be adaptable to the needs of the unit.
The role of the Neonatal Nurse is to work under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Nursing Leadership Team to deliver safe and effective quality care. The post holder will provide effective family centred nursing care underpinned by evidence based practice.
