Job summary

Walker Dendle Technical Limited is seeking a Structural Design Engineer for a niche Central/South London consultancy. You will join a practice actively winning top-quality commissions and contribute to high-rise and refurbishment projects across London and the South East.

Candidates should be a Graduate member of IStructE and/or ICE, with an MEng or MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering and strong UK experience. A flexible day and WFH policy is in place.

Qualifications

• Graduate member of IStructE and/or ICE.
• Educated to MEng or MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Experience in structural design for new-build and refurbishment in the UK.
• Experience on high-rise/new-build and complex refurbishments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design of high-rise and refurbishment projects in London and South East.
• Work on projects up to £150 million in value.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and other stakeholders.

Job description

Niche Central (South) London consultancy requires a Structural Design Engineer to join the expanding practice as it continues to win top-quality commissions.

Candidates will need to be a Graduate member of IStructE and/or ICE, be educated to MEng/MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering and must have gained good structural design experience gained in both new-build and refurbishment sectors in the UK. They should be technically-strong and looking to develop their career in a well-established 30-strong London design-focused consultancy.

Current workload includes high-rise new-build as well as complex refurbishments across London and the South East, with project values up to £150million working on both Architect- and Developer-led commissions.
