Job summary

Walker Dendle, a niche Central London consultancy, seeks a Structural Design (Retrofit) Engineer to join a rapidly expanding design studio. The candidate should be a Graduate member of IStructE and/or ICE and hold an MEng/MSc in Structural, Architectural or Civil Engineering (2:1 min).

They will work on a diverse mix of new-build and refurbishment schemes up to £125 million, across London and the South East, with award-winning projects already recognized by RIBA and IStructE.

Qualifications

• Graduate member of IStructE and/or ICE.
• MEng/MSc in Structural, Architectural or Civil Engineering (2:1 min).
• Experience in UK consultancy with retrofit projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to retrofit design for new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Collaborate with the design studio across London and the South East.

Niche Central London consultancy requires a Structural Design (Retrofit) Engineer to join the rapidly expanding design studio.

Candidates will need to be a Graduate member of IStructE and/or ICE, have a MEng/MSc in Structural, Architectural or Civil Engineering (2:1 min) and have gained good structural design skills in UK consultancy with good retrofit project experience. They should be design-focused and be looking to drive their career forward in an ambitious young practice.

Current workload is a diverse mixture of both new-build and refurbishment developments up to £125million across London and the South East, with several previous projects being award-winning with both RIBA & IStructE.
