Job summary

Abri is seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our Safer Homes team. You will oversee electrical works, ensuring certification accuracy and compliance while mentoring electricians and apprentices to uphold the highest safety standards.

You’ll provide technical guidance, perform quality audits, and help resolve customer concerns, contributing to safer homes for our customers. A strong collaborative approach and up-to-date BS7671 knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Holder of the relevant electrical qualifications and NICEIC-approved Qualified Supervisor status.
• Experience with inspection and testing protocols to BS7671 standards.
• Ability to provide technical oversight across a range of electrical works.

Responsibilities

• Act as the NICEIC-approved Qualified Supervisor for electrical works across Abri.
• Ensure electrical certification is accurate, compliant and signed off promptly.
• Carry out quality audits and drive high standards across electrical workstreams.
• Provide technical guidance to electricians and apprentices when complex issues arise.
• Support apprentices through coaching and development to build skills and confidence.
• Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement within the team.
