What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the lift industry, ideally with new equipment installations
• Strong knowledge of design and construction processes
• Background in management/supervision, with commercial, technical, and installation expertise
• Technical understanding of lifts and escalators is a plus
• Proven experience managing field personnel
• Strategic thinker able to identify effective solutions
• Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting at all levels, from clients to site staff
• Numerate and literate with strong organizational skills
• Flexible approach to working, with readiness to travel as required
