About the Division

The Business and Administration Division provides administration, clerical and project support to professional colleagues working in Public Health and Health Policy. This role carries out tasks that could be described as PA type tasks, but our role is much more than that. We are looking to attract candidates that have significant experience in carrying out business and administration type tasks. As a service, we will support and encourage you to develop your administration skills. In return we will help develop your administation, secretarial and clerical skills. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team of staff, developing your own skills and supporting the wide range of functions that Public Health and Health policy provide. Key Responsibilities and Skills

For this role we are looking for someone who has strong communication, organisational and minute taking skills. This role will cover a clinical area, so the ideal candidate will have an understanding of medical terminology.

Working Conditions

The role will be hybrid working with minimum requirements for being in the office each week. The postholder may also be required to cover our Canaan Park office at Astley Ainslie Hospital.
