Job summary

The responsibilities of this role include providing administrative and clerical support to the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Multidisciplinary team (MDT), producing accurate clinical correspondence for inpatients and outpatients using speech recognition digital dictation, updating patient information weekly at the IBD MDT, managing daily updates of IBD telephone helpline messages, and arranging times for the nursing team to contact patients.
