NHS Scotland is looking for a part-time administrative support professional for a clerical role in the General Medicine Directorate. The position is responsible for general administration and audio transcription, ensuring the smooth operation of the team. Candidates should possess relevant experience and skills in maintenance of department objectives and timelines.
Please note: As this post is part-time the salary will be pro-rata.

To provide a general administration service and audio transcription support service to the Medical Staff within the General Medicine Directorate at St John’s Hospital.
To undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties required to maintain the smooth running of the department and enable the team to achieve their objectives and meet required deadlines.
