An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Medical Secretary to join the Midlothian Community Learning Disability Team. The role involves providing essential administrative support while working alongside healthcare professionals to ensure efficient service delivery. Applicants should possess a strong background in secretarial studies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care.
Please note: As this post is part-time the salary will be pro-rata.

To provide high quality administrative support to Midlothian Community Learning Disability Team. To provide support to the multi-disciplinary team and those who experience our Services. The use of TRAK is essential. Undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties required to maintain the smooth running of the department. At times may be required to work across Midlothian HSCP. |
HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration or equivalent experience. Advanced keyboard skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Good organisational skills. Good working knowledge of computer software packages. Good working knowledge of G2 is desirable Medical Terminology |
