£50,861 - £59,159 pro rata
(including on-call and public holidays commitment)
About The Role
The post holder will work as part of a team of clinical pharmacists providing input to community mental health teams within the City of Edinburgh and support delivery of clinical pharmacy service to inpatient older people’s mental health services. Key areas for patient focused care include provision of pharmaceutical care to vulnerable patients, medication history reviews, provision of medicines advice, maintenance of a high-dose antipsychotic monitoring system, monitoring adherence to the Mental Health Act, patient/carer education.
