  • Salary: £48,788-£56,747 per annum (including on-call and public holiday commitments)

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team providing clinical pharmacy input to community mental health teams within Edinburgh
  • Support delivery of pharmacy services to inpatient older people's mental health services
  • Provide pharmaceutical care to vulnerable patients, including medication history reviews and medicines advice
  • Maintain high-dose antipsychotic monitoring systems and monitor adherence to the Mental Health Act
  • Engage in patient and carer education
Candidate Requirements
  • Master of Pharmacy Degree or equivalent
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Completed or equivalent competence as mapped to the Post Registration Foundation Pharmacist Framework
