Job summary

East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a Domestic Cleaner at Kettering Ambulance Station. The role is part-time (6 hours per week) with duties focused on maintaining clean, safe premises and supporting the cleaning services team.

The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning experience, good health and safety knowledge, and strong communication skills. Training and development opportunities are available within a supportive NHS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working without supervision.
• Previous work as a domestic cleaner.
• Understanding of health and safety matters related to cleaning.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of Kettering Ambulance Station according to schedule.
• Assist cleaning services team to improve standards of cleanliness.
• Be physically able to perform cleaning tasks including reaching and moving items.
