Job summary

Lawrence Dean Recruitment is seeking an NHS Contracts & Tenders Manager to own NHS tenders, framework agreements and related contract activity. You will manage the full lifecycle from opportunity through submission, award, and ongoing contract management.

You will coordinate with senior teams to ensure compliant, high-quality tender responses and stay ahead of upcoming opportunities. Experience in NHS procurement and eProcurement platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing NHS tenders and framework submissions.
• Strong understanding of NHS public-sector procurement processes.
• Experience using eProcurement platforms (e.g., Jaggaer One, Find a Tender).
• Excellent written communication with detailed tender responses.
• Ability to oversee multiple submissions and deadlines.

• Manage full process from opportunity identification to submission and award.
