Job summary

Nonacus Limited, based in Birmingham, seeks an experienced Market Access Project Manager to drive GALEAS Bladder adoption across NHS Trusts and primary care. You will develop local reimbursement strategies, build business cases and coordinate governance processes with NHS teams.

The role focuses on enabling funding and market access, leading evidence generation and grant applications, and working with stakeholders across ICBs, trusts and cancer alliances to expand patient access.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience within the healthcare sector or NHS/industry roles.
• Excellent knowledge of NHS structure, commissioning and ICB funding processes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with market access, commissioning or service development efforts in partnership with the NHS.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and operationalise new models of care in primary and community settings.
• Secure ongoing funding for GALEAS Bladder at existing sites.
• Own local business cases for GALEAS Bladder including service benefit evidence and governance.
• Project manage primary care evidence generation projects.
• Identify and lead funding and grant applications.
• Manage delivery of grant funded projects against milestones and reporting.
• Work with market access and reimbursement teams to remove barriers for uptake.
