Job summary

Rydon Maintenance seeks an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our NHS-focused South East team, covering Guildford and surrounding areas. You will carry out repairs to ambulance stations, make-ready centres and other facilities, with a focus on reactive maintenance and planned preventative tasks.

The role includes on-call duties, a standard daytime pattern 8am-5pm, and overtime paid for call-outs. Previous FM or healthcare maintenance experience is desirable, and electrical

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications to include NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations (18th edition).
• Experience in FM/healthcare environments is desirable.
• Willingness to participate in call-out rota and out-of-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Repair power and lighting faults and carry out reactive maintenance.
• Carry out planned maintenance such as emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
• Fault-finding and completing minor and small electrical installations.
• Provide general building fabric support and participate in call-out rota.
