Arts Psychotherapist - Band 6

Interviews will be held at Comely Bank Centre on 18th June 2025.

We are seeking reliable and dependable supplementary staff for the role of Arts Psychotherapist who are team players and can provide compassionate, high-quality, person-centred care.

The Arts Therapies Service offers Art, Music, and Drama Therapy services to children, young people, adults, and older adults with complex needs across NHS Lothian and partner organizations, including local authority social care and third sector organizations. Services may be provided within NHS venues or community facilities.

All Staff Bank roles are temporary and aim to cover shortages across NHS Lothian. Interested candidates should demonstrate awareness of the Staff Bank function and a commitment to our supplementary workforce. Applicants must evidence current registration in their application and at interview, which will be held at the Comely Bank Centre. Candidates should highlight relevant education and arts modality expertise.

Work is allocated on an 'as and when required' basis, with various shift patterns to support flexible working. There are no guarantees of fixed hours weekly. Bank workers can submit their availability in advance, and shifts can be booked online or by phone.
