Job summary

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a Band 2 Housekeeper based at Malvern Community Hospital. The role involves providing a fully compliant cleaning service across NHS premises, delivering high standards of cleanliness in line with national guidelines.

Shift pattern is 07:00-12:30 with a half unpaid break, Monday to Friday, with full training and opportunities for progression. Benefits include generous leave, NHS pension, and support for flexible working.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of cleaning in an employed capacity.
• Basic computer literacy; knowledge of Health and Safety COSHH.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fully comprehensive cleaning service to NHS standards.
• Work across community hospitals and health centres as required.
• Follow schedules and procedures and relay information to clinical/non-clinical services.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the Trust's estates.
