Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant in Liverpool. This permanent NHS position offers visa sponsorship for eligible applicants and a salary between £25,760 and £27,476 per annum with full training and mentorship.

You will support nursing teams, assist with patient care, and undertake clinical duties such as venepuncture and wound care, within a supportive NHS environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a hospital, healthcare or social care setting.
• Caring attitude towards patients, families and colleagues.
• Eligibility to work in the UK with visa sponsorship available for Skilled Worker visa.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Aufgaben

• Support registered nursing teams in delivering patient care.
• Assist with extended personal hygiene, nutrition and care planning.
• Conduct risk assessments to implement care plans.
• Provide pressure area care, wound assessment and dressings.
• Take patient observations and support new and junior staff.
• Perform venepuncture, cannulation, catheterization and monitor cardiac equipment.
