Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce Management Accounts for Clinical Directorates
• Support Finance Managers and Budget Holders
• Produce budget reports from the ledger
• Investigate variances from plan
• Implement required changes to staff and expenditure budgets
• Refer other budget changes to the relevant Financial Operations department
• Conduct regular reviews with Budget Holders to gather intelligence
• Provide information and analysis to Budget Holders
• Support Budget Holders in interpreting reports
• Support the development of robust end-of-year forecasts
• Interrogate the various ledger subsystems
• Develop and update costing and projection spreadsheets
• Support the wider Financial Management team through the Month End process
• Complete ad-hoc projects
• Take an active interest in developing skills, experience, and career.
