Sanctuary Personnel in Inverness is seeking a Band 6 Dietitian for General Medical and Surgical care. The role is a full-time 36-hour-per-week contract with a competitive hourly rate of £32.37, for six months.

You will manage inpatient caseloads and outpatient clinics, providing expert medical nutrition therapy within a multidisciplinary team. UK HCPC-registered dietitians with NHS experience are encouraged to apply, including competencies in Parenteral Nutrition and related specialties.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Dietetics.
• Recent UK experience working as a Dietitian.
• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK.
• Strong understanding of medical nutrition therapy in complex conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and manage the nutritional needs of patients within General Medical and Surgical wards.
• Provide specialist dietary advice for conditions requiring Parenteral Nutrition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Respiratory, Obstetrics, and Gynaecology disciplines.
• Conduct Outpatient clinics to support patient recovery and dietary management.
• Deliver high-quality, personalised dietary interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient documentation and reports.
