Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Data Systems Administrator in the Occupational Health Department to support data integrity, reporting, and administrative duties. The role involves managing the CORITY system, producing data packages, and presenting information to multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with Tableau, and a focus on confidentiality of medical records, with additional coding knowledge being desirable.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and able to manipulate data and create reporting packages.
• Experience with presentation software like Tableau.
• Knowledge of coding desirable.
• Experience with CORITY OH system and managing diaries for the clinical team.
• Understand confidentiality of medical records and patient information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data accuracy for OH software CORITY and prepare monthly/quarterly data for invoicing.
• Produce data reports fit for board-level presentations.
• Manage stock of office consumables and assist in incident reporting via Datix.
• Support department meetings and provide professional, customer-focused service to staff and visitors.
