Qualifications

• Experience in senior finance positions within private healthcare and/or NHS commercial services.
• Experience of leading financial input into commercial strategy.
• Strong stakeholder skills, including influencing and negotiation.
• Evidence of commercial acumen.
• Understanding of the NHS financial regime.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial advice to Executive and Board-level committees.
• Ensure strong financial governance over commercial operations.
• Maintain robust risk management processes.
• Develop enhanced financial and activity reporting for the Trust's commercial services.
• Provide expert financial modelling and pricing for commercial ventures.
• Support negotiation of commercial contracts.
• Lead financial forecasting of income and expenditure for commercial services.
• Lead on price benchmarking and pricing strategy for private patient services.
