Overview
NHS Collaborations Project Support
Location: Basingstoke (3 days in the office, 2 from home per week)
Duration 12 months with flex to extend
Pay rate: £15.27 and £20.36 per hour
Scale B3/4 reporting to NHS Collaborations Programme Manager
An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic team delivering improvement collaborations with the Healthcare Organisations in the UK which support the optimisation of patient care at scale.
This is a non-promotional partnership role working with healthcare organisations and systems bringing innovation to life through innovative projects which benefit patients, the NHS and the client.You will work with a variety of both NHS and internal stakeholders, as well as 3rd party vendors to support the delivery of proof-of-concept collaborative projects. This role enables the client to be seen as an innovative partner to the NHS in this crucial time of system change.
Role Responsibilities
• Provide project support to help the NHS Collaborations team deliver Collaborative Working (CW) projects in partnership with the NHS
• Development and maintenance of project plans and other supporting project documentation
• Administrative support of clients material approval system
• Development of PowerPoint slides and word based materials
• Maintain an excellent understanding of the NHS at a system level.
• Work within the clients procedures and Code of Practice compliance boundaries.

Basic Requirements
General:
• Previous experience providing project support of complex projects – preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong excel skills
• Competent in PowerPoint, Word and the Windows operating platform
• Be able to work effectively across a busy team, prioritising work when required and working to deadlines
Desired experience
• Process mapping experience / experience using process mapping software
• Facilitation skills or the ability to confidently chair meetings
