Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Clinical Lead for the Brief Interventions service in the Mole Valley area. The role focuses on clinical leadership, supervision of staff, and development of pathways for adults with mental health needs in the community.

The post requires full driving licence, NHS DBS checks, and registration with NMC/HCPC/SWE, with extensive band 6+ experience. It offers permanent, full-time hours and a salary in the bands quoted.

Formación

• NMC/HCPC/SWE registration is required.
• Significant experience at band 6 or higher.
• Full driving licence with access to a vehicle for community visits.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervisory/consultation role for staff within the service line.
• Develop and maintain effective clinical pathways within the service line and wider community team.
• Support safe, efficient, and high-quality transitions in and out of the service line.
• Monitor productivity and delivery of KPIs and assist with reporting.
• Lead clinical leadership and caseload supervision within the service line.
• Foster collaboration with partners and include lived experience at the core of the role.
• Ensure effective communication between all disciplines and GP practices.
