Job summary

University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Cleaning & Catering Assistants to support services across our hospitals in Weston. You will help maintain clean and safe patient areas and assist with patient meal services, contributing to patient comfort and safety.

Role involves working in a team, adhering to NHS infection prevention procedures, and may include various shift patterns such as weekday, night, and weekend rosters.

Qualifications

• Cleaning clinical and non-clinical areas in line with NHS standards and infection prevention procedures.
• Maintaining wards, patient areas, bathrooms and communal spaces to a high standard.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages to patients.
• Cleaning kitchen and food service areas.
• Safely handling waste, linen and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a friendly team to deliver excellent support services.
• Two week rolling rota and other shift patterns available to suit hours.
