Qualifications

Responsibilities

• To undertake food service duties in staff kitchen and visitor restaurant and all other retail outlets.
• To assist in the patient and restaurant food production kitchen as directed by the management team (preparation, cooking and storing).
• Assist in the service of food items as required.
• To prepare the patient meal service area with the necessary service equipment, cutlery, crockery meal trays, food etc.
• Portioning, plating and service of Patients Meals.
• To ensure that all food is served is of a high standard, mindful of portion control, meal content, correct temperatures and food presentation.
• To assist with the safe and effective cleaning of meal service areas and equipment after service.
