Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide programme management overview of the projects’ construction operations and infrastructure projects across Trust properties.
• Manage a portfolio of schemes from conception to post‑project evaluation, including appointment and management of external consultants and contractors.
• Ensure efficient operations with minimal duplication and waste in current procedures.
