Job Description:

Belmont Recruitment is currently seeking an NHS CAMHS Referral Coordinator Administrator Assistant Band 2/3/4 to join the NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Administration Team, based in Bedford or Luton, Bedfordshire. The role is Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with flexibility encouraged for part-time applicants. Initially a locum position, it is likely to become permanent.

The role involves providing efficient appointment booking and administrative support within the CAMHS referral system, ensuring smooth service operations. The candidate should be able to work independently in a busy environment, exercise initiative, and multi-task effectively. Good communication skills are essential for liaising with various professionals, and maintaining client confidentiality is a must. The role may require covering other administrative staff across multiple locations.

The pay rate ranges from £11.16 to £15.16 per hour, depending on experience, with potential negotiation for highly experienced candidates.
