Job summary

Badger is seeking a proactive bid writer to lead end-to-end tender submissions across Birmingham, Solihull and surrounding sites. You will collaborate with clinical, operational and governance teams to secure new contracts and retain existing ones.

Ideal candidates will have experience in NHS commissioning, strong writing skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality proposals that meet procurement requirements.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of NHS commissioning processes and healthcare policy.
• Experience in bid writing, tender management or NHS contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-quality bid submissions to secure new business.
• Manage end-to-end bid process and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate inputs from clinical, operational, finance, HR and governance teams.
• Produce persuasive written responses showing compliance and value.
