A reputable Top 15 Practice is seeking an NFP Audit Senior Associate to join their award-winning Non-Profits team. You will be part of a leading firm of auditors serving the charity sector, committed to delivering quality service to a high-profile portfolio of clients.

The role involves working with various charities and Non-Profit organisations, from start-ups to well-established, prestigious clients, including INGOs, grant makers, schools, academies, membership organisations, professional bodies, and housing associations, many of whom are top 100 charities or household names.

What you will do as an NFP Audit Senior Associate
  • Assist in planning, executing, and completing audits for manager and partner review.
  • Produce work clearly highlighting issues and potential solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Act as the principal client contact during on-site fieldwork, engaging with senior client staff to understand the organisation and ensure efficient audit execution.
  • Manage on-site teams and assist in supervising and developing junior team members.
  • Work effectively to tight deadlines and manage time efficiently.
  • Participate in proposals and presentations for new work.
  • Engage in team and firm-wide activities and training.
What you will need as an NFP Audit Senior Associate
  • Qualified ACA, ICAS, or ACCA.
  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
  • Knowledge and experience of Charity audits and the Non-Profits sector.
