The Role:

What to Expect:

  • T-Trak development and support including desktop risk assessments for upselling opportunities both new and existing customers.
  • Develop personalised outreach strategies for existing customers based on their historical data and preferences.
  • Review group-wide data to conduct in-depth analysis of T-Trak reports and data to identify emerging trends and areas of potential upselling (e.g., Re-secure, Breach data FlyTipping).
  • Review inspection issue reports to identify upselling opportunities and resolve property issues that pose an immediate risk to property status.
  • Implement targeted communication plans to engage with customers during specific seasonal campaigns or events.
  • Support seasonal campaigns to drive revenue such as drain downs during winter, dark night campaigns for increased security, and seasonal initiatives based on risk such as horse fairs and planned events supported by risk-related data.

Who are we looking for:

  • Sales experience with high-volume outbound calls and proven success in outbound call environments.
  • Account management and development skills.
  • Understanding of factors influencing customer satisfaction and the importance of consistently delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work in partnership with operational colleagues to enhance the customer journey.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – oral, written, and listening.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks and multi-task effectively.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
